Directions to the Jubilee Office, where first interviews take place: Take the Beltway/495 North/East to Exit 33/ Connecticut Avenue North towards Kensington. Just past Knowles Avenue, turn right onto Howard Avenue (Antique Row). Howard Avenue turns into Montgomery Avenue within two blocks. Turn right into the Jubilee parking lot immediately before the first stop sign. We are on the second floor; an elevator is available.
