Jubilee works hard to provide a competitive benefit package.
In addition to standard benefits one might find anywhere, we also provide some unique programs you may not have encountered before. Full-time employees are defined as employees who work 30+ hours weekly in a regular, ongoing position.
Health insurance: We offer two PPO’s through PCHIP with an Aetna network of providers. Coverage starts the first of the month after employment.
Paid time off: Ten days annual leave the first year; 16 the second, 20 by year six. Full-time staff accrue up to 56 hours sick leave in year one; 64 year two and 80 year three. Jubilee has seven paid holidays. We offer a ‘sabbatical,’ three months off with pay after 10 years full-time employment. Read more about the sabbatical here.
Staff Development: Paid training and paid time in class; some college tuition reimbursement; additional annual staff development budget; incentives for completing training and keeping it updated each year.
Incentives: Longevity incentive yearly; $500 paid vacation reimbursement at 2, 5, 10, 15 years; stipends for employee referrals.
Dental and Vision: Several options through Ameritas.
Well-being: Wellness program including free exercise classes, gym and other health-related expense reimbursement, fitness trackers and SonicBoom online platform; Employee Assistance Plan (EAP).
Retirement: After one year of full-time employment, Jubilee contributes the equivalent of 1% of salary to the 403(b); after three years, Jubilee contributes 4% into a 401(a) plan. Also, for direct support staff: after one year, Jubilee matches employee 403(b) contributions, up to 2% of salary.
Financial security: Short- and long-term disability; group term life insurance and opportunity to purchase additional coverage; direct deposit and credit union; Flexible Spending Accounts to help manage medical and dependent care expenses; voluntary AFLAC plans.
