Part-Time Benefits

Benefits for Part-time Direct Support Employees:

One week paid annual after one year, two weeks after two years.

Sick leave accrues at one hour paid leave for each 30 hours worked, up to 56 hours/year.

Staff development: We pay for required training as well as for your time in class; we offer additional staff development funds; incentives for completing training and keeping it updated each year.

Incentives: Training incentives; $500 vacation reimbursement at 2, 5, 10 years.

Stipends for employee referrals.

Voluntary participation in: 403(b) retirement plan, dental, vision, AFLAC.

Time-and-a-half for holiday work.
