An event every week that begins at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until September 9, 2020

Each session will emphasize a component of the five-part wellness approach (deep meditation, nutrition, yoga & movement, stress management, self-love & mindfulness) and will begin and end with a guided meditation.
