Welcome Lisa Lorraine to Jubilee! Lisa will serve in a newly created position of Community Navigator. Lisa will connect with underserved communities in Montgomery County to discover what obstacles they encounter in receiving supports from disability service providers. She will help Jubilee think of new ways to ensure that people with intellectual and developmental disabilities of all socioeconomic and racial backgrounds can receive the resources they need. Fun fact: Lisa considers herself a citizen of the world having lived on four different continents!
