Helps People Achieve Life Goals
As Jubilee grows, providing the highest quality residential support services remains the heart of our work. Jubilee’s direct support professionals are trained and empowered to help the people they support achieve their life goals with direction from our program services leadership team.
Jubilee’s program services management team is growing to 18 dedicated directors and managers this Fall. Each program manager will manage staff for 12 people we support. This reduced ratio is a boon to both the people we support and our staff.
“As we move beyond the dark days of the pandemic, we are emphasizing the importance of listening to what the people we support want to do and helping them do it,” said Program Services Director Maria Dudish. “Creating and adding new management positions allows our team to be deeply involved in the lives of the people we support. It also adds increased oversight and guidance to our team of more than 300 direct support professionals,” said Maria.
We’re pleased to share that Fashola Adedayo is now promoted to the newly created position of a second Deputy Director on the Program Services team, and will also join our executive leadership team. We welcome Maritza Rivera as our new bilingual program manager. She will support Spanish-speaking families in our community as our Breaking Barriers program expands.
