New Holiday Tradition Begins for Jubilee’s Team Dream
Program manager Aviva Bensimon leads a team of 32 direct support professionals who support 12 people with independent living. This year, Aviva’s team held its first “Team Dream” Thanksgiving celebration, which brought together people Jubilee supports, family, staff, and friends.
“Kobi and our family really enjoyed the celebration and wonderful dinner. Thank you so much for the sacrifice and hard work that you put into it. God bless you all for the love and dedicated support,” said Kobi’s father James Cudjoe.
Thank you to Mill Creek Parish United Methodist Church for donating space for the Thanksgiving gathering! “We felt blessed to have such a welcoming space to share a meal and express our gratitude for each other. It created lasting memories for all of us,” said Jubilee direct support professional Chinwe “ChiChi” Ukoh.
Aviva shares that they look forward to continuing this new tradition and exploring other opportunities to come together to enrich the lives of the people her team supports.
